This little feller died last night.  we were on our way out to dinner with a friend when he got under my foot as I was going down the stairs. I feel really bad about the whole thing.

Quite frankly my best semester in college ever (I had these grades last spring, but those were cake classes with more drops). sorta fitting that this was my last as a undergrad.

Despite my capstone project only being 33% complete I got a A in the class.

with school work for a while,

Despite the fact that Piratebay.org hadn't actually broken any laws (sweedish or international), Sweedish courts found that Priatebay.org and it's founders were guilty of aiding copyright infringement (although they never hosted files) and were given a 1 year prison sentence and a $3.5M (USD) fine. This verdict should come as no surprise. If any court in the world is given the choice of setting presidence (practically creating laws) to protect commerce or judging without setting presidence, the choice 10 times out of 10 will be to protect commerce at all costs. and the cost here is actually far reaching GOOGLE, by definition set by litigation presidence, is now guilty of Copyright infringement. they host the worlds most robust and advanced search engine where if you enter a search for ".torrent, x-men origins" you will find links that take you amost directly to torrents of the leaked unfinished wolverine movie.

I like this house because the basement, although is unfinished, presents us with the oppertunity to expand the value of the home. and since we're getting the first-time buyer's Stimulus we figure the first thing we do is Finish the basement, which will include finishing the wiring (including wiring for ethernet) putting up drywall, and installing the toilet\sink\shower stall into the bathroom. at which point we add about another 500-600 square footage to the house, we upgrade from 3bed 1.5bath to 4bed 2.5 bath, and I get a fairly decent space for which to turn into my Game room\home theatre.

the bedrooms are all plenty big, and the bathrooms are situated so that I can install a garden tub if I so choose (so going to)

Hopefully this works out though.
